BURN CLUB is low weight, high rep and fast results!

BURN CLUB is an intensive, group weight loss programme which combines 3 x weekly epic weight workouts to music of your choice!

Fat is simply ‘stored energy’ so in Burn Club we measure ‘fat loss’ not lbs.

 

 

We will teach you about all the different food groups and how your body processes them, your metabolism and how to increase it; all whilst building a support group and helping you to achieve your goals. Our aim is simple; turn fat into muscle and make a sustainable lifestyle change.

Confidence Building 

Confidence building is the key to success, it is and always has been our main priority at BCD. We’ve built our classes on the concept that ‘all sizes are equal’ and ‘size does not matter’ – and this is still 100% true! But to most women, and to many of our dancers and fellow instructors; size can dictate confidence. We wouldn’t be doing our due diligence as fitness instructors if we didn’t support women to gain confidence via weight loss & healthy living.

Why are we lifting weights?

 

To increase your METABOLIC RATE! Your metabolic rate (aka your metabolism) is the rate in which you burn calories throughout the day, every second of the day you are burning calories (even when sleeping) and bigger muscles burn more calories – every second of the day – FACT!

So by increasing the size of your muscles, you will speed up your metabolism; burning more calories (using more energy) and combine this with a diet plan –

you will lose weight FAST!

Are you ready to get in the best shape of your life?

You will need to buy your own set of weights for Burn Club, one of your 3 weekly classes will be at home via zoom! Weights don’t need to be expensive, check out your local charity shops and Facebook selling sites?

The ideal starter set is the pyramid above, dumbbells can be held together to increase the weight as your fitness levels increase.
Your 2 largest dumbbells must weigh 4-5kg each and a gym mat!
