I first joined BCD back in 2013, I was looking for a dance class that was a little different something fun, and didn’t require a partner.

I decided to become an instructor during lockdown as a bit of a personal challenge, I wanted to do for others what BCD had done for me, given me confidence and allowed me to meet some amazing new friends along the way. I went on to do my level 2 instructor course in 2021 and still look forward to getting the new routine through every month.

​

I have danced since I was a little girl in ballroom and Latin and have always taken a personal interest in fitness so last year, I decided to become a burn club instructor too.

​

Seeing the results from both my burn club group and BCD classes is amazing, how everyone encourages and supports each other and seeing everyone grow in confidence and as an individual is what it’s all about for me.

​

My classes are a fun way to get back into fitness, ladies always leave with a smile knowing they have achieved something and everyone is always made to feel welcome.

My classes are £5 each Pay as you go for Burlesque Chair Dance, £30 every 4 weeks for Burn Club, £40 every 4 weeks unlimited access to Burn Clun and Burlesque Chair Dance
