I’ve been a burlesque Chair Dance Instructor since 2019 but had danced with several other BCD instructors for a good few years before. Now I’m fully qualified in all areas and offer a selection of different classes/workshops alongside my regular weekly classes.

I loved what burlesque did for my confidence and decided I wanted to help other ladies feel confident and sexy in their own skin!

I hadn’t really got any experience in the health and fitness industry other than attending a few classes over the years but nothing that piqued my interest like Burlesque did, so I never stuck at it.

​

Being a Burlesque Chair Dance Instructor is the best job in the world! What I love most is seeing how the confidence of the ladies that come to class just soars. I love seeing them start to learn to love their bodies and what they can do!

Burlesque Chair Dance classes are like a second family but it’s a family that you choose! I’ve met some amazing people within all the classes I’ve attended and from teaching my own classes.

​

I hope to create an environment that everyone feels comfortable in, to be able to be themselves and feel confident with who they are. To be part of a community that supports women and encourages them to take that step outside their comfort zone! Burlesque Chair Dance doesn’t just help build your confidence it’s also great for your mental health and wellbeing.

Throughout my journey with Burlesque Chair Dance, I’ve done and achieved many things from taking part in a charity fire-walk to hosting my burlesque-athon. I’ve taken part in quite a few shows in several parts of the country and this year I’m finally hosting my own shows!

My classes are £6 each pay & go. Burn club £30 a month or Burn and Burlesque (Storm Pass) £40 every 4 weeks
