SPLITS TRAINING!

FLEX IT classes are an ideal choice for any dancer looking to increase their flexibility and achieve their splits. Dancers with health conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia have noticed a huge increase in their mobility and mental health. And ladies new to exercise or returning to exercise after childbirth/injury/surgery have revelled in the overall benefits this class has to offer.

On average our dancers achieve Scissor Splits in approximately 6-9 weeks!
FLEX IT Classes are child friendly and we welcome kids to join us for online & live classes! All we ask is that they are supervised by their parent or guardian throughout the class. Many of our instructors are still teaching their FLEX IT classes online, so you can join in from the comfort of your living room!
It's much harder to achieve Box Splits as we get older, approximately 3-6 months so hang in there!

Can ladies with Health Conditions join?
Yes! There are so many physical and mental health benefits to a good stretch, most health conditions will be made more manageable through stretching and pain levels can be reduced alongside improving your mental state – which we could all use at the moment!
If you have a health condition then look at FLEX IT as a ‘nice long stretch’ to relax the muscles, ease pain and improve well-being. And it’s a great way to ease yourself back into exercise after if you have taken a long break cooped up at home!
To manage your expectations when it comes to achieving your splits with a health condition; hip replacements, arthritis, MS, Fibromyalgia, Cerebral Palsy etc – we ask you to listen to your body, and your instructor will do a thorough ‘health screen’ before you start so she can get to know you and offer tailored support and encouragement. You may find it takes longer than average to achieve your splits if you have a health condition, you can still achieve your splits and your body will love the benefits of a good stretch:
