Bella Diamond shines on BBC Radio Lincs

We we had an absolute blast with Joe Wilson on BBC Radio Lancs this morning in Blackburn, what a lovely man and a fabulous experience! We chatted all about our Madness for Mind UK Fundraising and about how BCD has taken Lancashire by storm this last 2 years. Female empowerment at it’s finest!

We’ve chosen to support the mental health charity Mind due to the indisputable mental health benefits of fitness, fun & friendship. We are both excited and focused on helping others to grow and flourish as we have, we welcome and thank you for your help and support.
