I joined BCD in June 2021.

I always wanted to teach some form of dance, but also be able to empower women and give them a space to express themselves and becoming a BCD instructor was the perfect way to connect those two!

​

I’ve been dancing since I was 5 years old. Also, in 2023 I started teaching aerial arts!

​

I love creating a safe and encouraging environment where everyone is welcomed, regardless of age, shape or size. I love giving my ladies confidence in themselves and their bodies!

​

I became way more confident as a person, and I have just decided to return to performing, something I haven’t done for long time!

​

I hope that all my dancers who join the class start feeling more comfortable in their bodies and simply have fun. However for those willing ones there is also chance to take part in the preorganised shows! 2023 show gathered around 100 people in the audience and we have 20 dancers taking part!

This year we are planning to come back even stronger! Loads of friendships started in my classes. We are always look out one for another and we are a very friendly bunch! With us you will never feel on your own as we are way more than just a fitness classes!
