I've always loved dancing; it's always brought me so much joy and peace. In 2019 I was desperate to get back my self-confidence and begin to love my body again following a traumatic experience.

I started going to a dance fitness class, which led to a heels class and I felt on top of the world!

Unfortunately, these classes got too hard to travel to after having a baby, and then I found a local BCD class! I fell in love with the sultry, fun routines and never looked back. Since then, I've made so many new friends, learned how to appreciate my new postpartum body and my self love is at an all-time high!

I loved it so much I decided to become my own instructor because I wanted to be part of creating more spaces for mothers to be themselves outside of parenting.

I am notorious for ignoring my own needs, even more so now that I have a child. It's not selfish to spend money on yourself or to dedicate time to focus on yourself!

So come and join my classes and we'll learn together that we're worth it and that our children will benefit from us being happy and healthy!
