Originally I joined another instructor’s classes in 2018 alongside my mum and by 2019 I went for the instructor course myself after thinking ‘why not, what have I got to lose?’

In becoming an instructor it’s given me the opportunity to help ladies to gain confidence, get fitter and to have fun; but also it’s lead to a few of my ladies taking the plunge to become instructors themselves and to set up their own classes which just makes me so happy.

​

Over the years I’ve loved expanding my little family of Diamonds, and a lot of the ladies have made friends for life. Although it’s primarily a fitness class, to my ladies it’s much more than that, it’s a weekly therapy session, it’s an escape and it’s always fun.

 

We’ve hosted Burlesque-athons, shows, masterclasses, photoshoots and evenings out. The classes have helped my ladies and myself to gain in confidence and to experience things we never would have otherwise.

My classes are £5 each pay as you go.
