I attend Shine Theatre School learning all genres of dance.

I am part of a Belly dance group for the past 6 years. I am a fully qualified Burlesque Chair Dance Instructor Levels 1 & 2.

I love being a BCD instructor, it gives me so much joy to watch people grow in confidence, lose weight whilst having lots of fun. It’s a great supportive community.

I personally have anxiety (GAD) it has helped me to reduce my anxiety through dance & fitness. The fun is a great mood booster.  I have created a fabulous, welcoming class of wonderful students. They have all grown in confidence. Lost weight & toned up. They look forward to coming to class each week.
