I joined BCD back in 2016 when a friend of mine asked me to come along to a new dance class she has started.. I was nervous to start with but was welcomed by everyone in room ❤️

While attending these classes I saw an advert about being an instructor and decided to throw myself in at the deep end.. I was nervous because it had no dance experience, but I wanted to build a community of like-minded woman and give them the confidence that BCD gave to me.

The thing I love most about being an instructor for BCD is the amazing support network and friendships that have blossomed over my years of being a part of BCD ❤️

What have classes done for me personally?? They have given me a reason.. a reason to carry on, because with our BCD and without my ladies I wouldn’t be where I am today, we are more than just a dance class we are a family.

Being a part of BCD has opened my eyes to a whole new world of fitness without having to step into a gym, and being fellow Neuro divergent gyms are something I have struggled with.. so, if you are anything like me and find the gym boring or overwhelming then BCD classes with me are the place to be.. you will get an around work out while having a laugh.

My classes are £6 each pay and go.
