My name is Denise, aka Miss Dee Dee Valentine. I started teaching Burlesque Chair Dance in July 2022.

I originally trained in Classical Dance – Ballet, Tap, Modern and National Dance and worked both performing and teaching I then moved into the Beauty industry, specialising in the Spa sector. 

​

I’ve spent my time working with women who wanted to look and feel better. I specialised in helping women relax and improve their bodies, self-confidence, and inner wellbeing. I enjoyed helping women feel more confident and beautiful. It is great to see the transformation in them, not just externally but internally as well. I feel very lucky to have had such a varied and interesting career.

This fun workout, which improves core-strength and posture combines dance, chair work and a healthy dose of sass to help women achieve their fitness goals.

The workouts are designed to improve flexibility and help with weight loss, but the real focus is on having fun and feeling confident.
