I joined BCD as an instructor during lockdown and during that time fast realised the importance of classes not only as a health and fitness benefit, but also for mental health and well-being. Being part of a nationwide instructor network during that time was a huge part of my own self-care, and I took the role very seriously in terms of helping others.

I grew up in a sporting world, and I love that I’ve found a fun way to exercise both body and brain. Building my own little Miss GiGi sisterhood has been incredible, and now with several years of instructing and a happy and consistent base of clients I couldn’t be happier. And we welcome new dancers with open arms. 

​

Not only has my own self-care and confidence increased on this journey, now I am happy to see that reflect in my dancers. When I see their sparkle ignite, it never fails to bring me great happiness. 

​

My class prices are £10 pay as you go, with a discounted 4 week block pass, please contact me to book, we can’t wait to meet you!
