I have always had a passion for dancing as a way of keeping fit, because to be honest, I hate the gym! Dance offers a fun and dynamic way to stay in shape, and it never feels like a workout when you are moving to the beat and having a blast!

In January 2019, I tried my first class after stumbling across Burlesque Chair Dance and it was love at first shimmy! The blend of glamour and empowerment was irresistible!

I teach Salsa and have done for over 8 years, leading countless people through their first steps and helping them to find their rhythm. I have been dancing Salsa for over 15 years, the vibrant and expressive style captured my heart from the very first beat, so you can always expect an extra bit of Latin flair in my classes.

I became a Burlesque Chair Dance instructor in January 2023, enabling me to bring my salsa expertise and passion for boosting confidence to a whole new level. My classes are a fun, supportive space where every dancer can shine. Dance is all about building confidence, and I love helping my ladies perfect the routines while having a fantastic time.
