I had been wanting to join as a BCD instructor since lockdown, as I thought it looked so inclusive and loads of fun. But for one reason or another (mainly confidence) I didn’t.

5 years later and I’ve eventually done it and now regret not doing it sooner.

 

I’m so excited to help women to achieve their goals and build their confidence.

I’ve been into fitness for over 20 years, mainly exercise to music which I love and dancing for fitness doesn’t even feel like you’re working out.

 

Burlesque Chair Dance is so much fun, so come and give it a go and I look forward to meeting you.
