I joined BCD September 2020 as a student.

After 3 years of watching a bunch of wonderful, empowering women come together, build such great relationships and seeing everyone’s confidence soar, I had to get involved, I had to impart that on to other people.

​

I danced as a child but as I got older, I didn’t have the time as much, this is why I was so attracted to BCD as it brings back that motivation and passion.

Being a BCD instructor, I love watching the ladies come in as strangers and leave as a team (a sweaty team at that!).  They laugh together, they share their worries and achievements.  All because they have trusted in me.

Since joining BCD I have learned to love the skin I am in a little more, I have gained much more confidence and above all I have made lifelong friends that I hold so dearly in my heart.

​

With my dancers in Glasgow, I hope that they too can achieve the things that I have because life is hard enough without us being so hard on ourselves too.  I always strive to create a welcoming, judgement free atmosphere.  Somewhere you can leave your worries and woes at the door for just an hour, express yourself with like minded people and just have fun!!

My classes are £6 each pay and go, no need to book – just turn up!
