Hello we both joined a BCD class back in 2021 and instantly fell in love,

We decided to be instructors to carry on the fun and that family feeling you get within a class when sadly our class stopped in our area.

 

We both have a background in dance from a young age and also are dance captains in adult pantomimes which involves making our own routines and teaching them to the other dancers that perform, we also get cheeky roles parts in the pantomime.

 

Classes have brought our spark back as 2 mums that got sucked into the mum and wife life, it gave us our time to just be ourselves and bring our sexy sides out.

 

We would love ladies to join our classes for there own personal reasons, weather that’s too have just that hour to yourself for the week, to get fit or make new friends.

 

Whatever the reason we welcome it with open arms . So please come along and have fun whilst shaking your booties!!
