I became a Burlesque Chair Dance Instructor in 2021 during Covid.

I love dance and exercise and although I had No Background in health & fitness, I have a passion for dance and exercise!

​

I love how classes bring everyone together, Building strong friendships, and I have built my confidence and flexibility too.

​

BCD is a place where we can be ourselves, support each other and enjoy building each other. You are joining a supportive group of ladies and get ready to make  lots of new friends.

My classes are £6 each pay as you go and no need to book – just turn up!
