I first came across Burlesque Chair Dance in Oct 2016 when I was searching for a suitable exercise class to get back into shape.

 

I had become very unfit and had no confidence after having my youngest daughter. I saw Burlesque Chair Dance classes advertised but they had no classes in my area. I saw the instructor course and knew I had to find out more. I signed up immediately, but it took me over 18 months actually pluck up the courage to attend the course, But eventually I did and it changed my life!

 

I absolutely love being an BCD instructor, I get to meet amazing people and help them to grow in confidence and help with their fitness goals.

 

Burlesque Chair Dance helps ladies understand they are capable of amazing things I love seeing everyone having an amazing time and stepping out of their comfort zone. Becoming a Burlesque Chair

Dance instructor has changed the way I look at myself and what I can achieve.

 

We have raised money for charities and special causes though shows and events that as a group we are very proud of.

 

Burlesque Chair Dance isn't just a typical fitness class, It's a place you can be totally and unapologetically yourself, It's a place to meet new people and make friendships, It's a place where you will be welcomed and supported every step of the way.
