I joined BCD in March 2023 and from class one, I was hooked. I felt welcomed, empowered and sexy after just one class. There was no turning back from there.

After our current instructor leaving the area, our group of girls wanted to continue our weekly classes, I didn’t want to let anyone down, so I signed myself up to keep the classes going.

​

Zero experience in Health & Fitness/Dance. Apart from the knowledge I gained in the few months I had being doing BCD. I love the sense of community it brings to the girls in my class. The confidence that they show every week and being a part of their life journey through BCD.

​

Attending classes built my confidence in the way I looked. Baggy t-shirts and leggings were my comfort but now I’m confident enough to wear fishnets and hotpants in every class.

​

I hope that all my dancers can have the same amount of personal belief that BCD has given me and let their beauty shine bright (like a diamond – a pink diamond) Biggest sense of pride since becoming a BCD instructor has to be when my eldest son said he was “proud” of me for believing in myself and making it happen.

​

Ladies should join my class because we are a friendly and welcoming group who wish to empower everyone who steps through the door. Get fit, have fun and feel sexy.

My classes are £6.50 each pay as you go, no need to book – just turn up!
