Hi I’m Denise, aka Dee Dee L’Amour.

I joined BCD in June 2023. Dance has always been a passion of mine; I have studied various style of dance throughout the years. I am a certified Yoga Instructor, as well as a qualified Belly Dance Teacher, and have been teaching for over 9 years now.

​

One day, I found a class a few miles away offering BCD classes, I decided to go along and fell in love with it. Sadly, the Instructor gave up teaching.

​

I enjoyed it so much that I decided to study and train to be a BCD Instructor.

​

I enjoy teaching and helping women to not only achieve a healthier lifestyle but to help them to find some much needed time for themselves, where they can shift their focus, learn, move, become fitter, gain confidence, and meet new friends … all in a friendly, fun environment!

Burlesque Chair Dance is a great way to embrace your femininity, learn to love your body, learn some amazing dance skills, get fitter, healthier and stronger.
