I joined Burlesque Chair Dance as an Instructor in June 2023.

The thought that I can help empower other women and help them feel the best version of themselves.

​

I have no experience in fitness or health and dance, but I’ve learnt so much from doing this what I love the most is the incredible women I have met through joining BCD and the family I have made classes have built my confidence more than I ever thought I could it has changed my life

I hope my dancers get to see themselves as the amazing, beautiful women they are and that they can overcome anything.

Trying to get me on a stage or even dancing a year ago was impossible but I did my first singing solo on stage last year and it showed me how powerful I could be when I put my mind to it I was every woman trying to come to class last year and now I have my own class it is true that the hardest part is definitely walking through the door, but I promise you I have you the rest of the way!

My classes are £7 each pay and go.

​

I will be starting FLEX IT classes on the 3rd of Feb and every Monday after that from 8pm to 9pm and it will be £5 a session at the same venue as my Monday night BCD class.
