To me dancing is a joy that never feels like a workout but it actually is! 

Burlesque Chair Dance is a fun, dynamic way to keep fit, improve flexibility and strength as well as boost self esteem, body awareness and mental agility. 

It is open to all abilities and is very beginner friendly.
