​​I have always loved dancing, usually on a night out! And keeping fit and healthy has always been important to me.

 

Just over a year ago, feeling fed up with the gym and ready for something different, I was encouraged to go to a BCD burlesque class, little did I know how much fun it would be – or that I would discover so many health benefits and make wonderful new friends!

 

I love the way burlesque makes me feel. It has helped me become more empowered and confident, dramatically improved my flexibility, and even supported me in losing weight.

 

My BCD dance instructor encouraged me to do the BCD instructor training, and now I am thrilled to be able to share the joy, confidence and fitness that burlesque has brought into my life.
