I joined another instructor’s class in late 2022 to 2023, I enjoyed the class so much I decided to further my skills and undertake the instructor training, I have never looked back, and it has supported me through my menopause journey by building confidence and learning a new skill.

​

I joined another instructor’s class and it was amazing, I grew in confidence and really looked forward to my weekly classes. I have met new ladies who inspire me with their confidence and they’re inspiration.

​

The ladies turn up each week, we have a giggle and chat about the world and try and make it a better place through dancing.

We support ladies with low esteem to build confidence and emotional wellbeing.

​

Behind someone’s smile there may be worries or concerns, and even if for one night someone joins the groups this may be the change and support they need.

​

We love taking part in the BCD TikTok challenges and raising money for charities.

​

My classes are £6.50 each pay as you go and no need to book – just turn up!
