I wanted to do something different, wanted to build woman’s confident and make them feel good about themselves, no matter the size or shape of a women, we can all embrace our inner goddess!

I have been a dancer for many years growing up and then worked in the fitness industry for the past 13 years, which is such a passion, love encourage people to feel good about themselves.

​

What I love most, is the incredible women that come to class and embrace all the moments and how they have grown in confidences since doing this, I absolutely love it…

​

I’ve become a lot more confident, doing things I only dreamed of doing.

We currently working towards are own show in September which I’m so proud of the women that are taking part, we really are coming out of our comfort zone.

This class is so empowering to women, ladies that have joined have become amazing friends, not just to me but with each other, this is a so lovely to see, as a group  we have done a couple of performances which I’m so proud off my ladies for doing. They have grown in confidence, and I absolutely love teaching my classes. One of the best things I have achieved.

My classes are £5 for the first class then £7.50 thereafter
